The TPM Facilitator Program is a structured global learning journey designed to build deep capability in Total Productive Maintenance implementation, targeting professionals responsible for equipment performance, productivity, and operational excellence. Led by Takashi Sagai, a former consultant from the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance, this program delivers authentic, source level TPM knowledge grounded in decades of real factory experience. Over 10 interactive sessions, participants develop practical understanding of TPM pillars, loss elimination methodologies, and equipment effectiveness improvement, while building the facilitation capability required to sustain TPM culture within manufacturing environments.

Unlike theory driven training, this program emphasizes implementation focused learning with global accessibility. Core sessions and learning materials are offered free to ensure wide participation, while an optional certification pathway provides access to a comprehensive 10GB TPM digital library and a globally recognized qualification issued by the Japan Technical Systems Institute in collaboration with Center for Lean Excellence. Participants who complete this stage become eligible to progress into advanced TPM Facilitator and Instructor levels, creating a structured pathway to lead and scale TPM transformation across organizations
